1. The promoter of this prize draw is Loughborough Building Society (“LBS”), 56 Woodgate, Loughborough, Leicestershire LE11 2TZ. 2. To enter, you must submit a fully completed savings tip prize draw entry form between 9.30am on 2 September 2024 and 5pm on 16 September 2024. No further entries will be permitted after this date. 3. Savings tips should relate to ‘What savings tips would you give your younger self?’ 4. Entry to the prize draw is free and is available in any LBS agency/branch. 5. Entrants must live in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, or Wales. Employees of LBS, Gascoines Estate Agents or their families are not eligible to enter this prize draw. 6. Any entrant under the age of sixteen, must have parents/guardians’ permission to enter, by signing the entry form. 7. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw. 8. One prize draw entry is allowed per person. 9. By entering the prize draw, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 10. Prize – One winner will be selected at random from each branch/agency (5 in total) who will win a box of luxury chocolates. LBS decision will be final. 11. Prizes are non-transferable, no cash alternative or alternative prizes are available. Subject to availability, we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 12. The winners will be notified by telephone by 30th September 2024. 13. By entering the prize draw, you give LBS permission to use your Savings Tip as part of future LBS marketing campaigns, such as content on our website, branch posters and other relevant marketing material. When your tip is shared, this will be done anonymously and all personal information will be removed, unless you later give us permission to share your name alongside your savings tip. 14. LBS reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so and may change the rules or close the prize draw at any time and without notice if anything happens outside of our control which makes this necessary. 15. The prize draw Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and any disputes will be dealt with by Courts of England and Wales. 16. The prize draw is independent, and results are final.
