Savings – Customer Service Assistant

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced, confident and customer-focused individual to join our Savings Team within the Head Office based in Loughborough Town Centre.

About the role

To carry out customer account related administration, providing an efficient, effective, accurate and professional service to all internal and external customers whilst working compliantly with Society policies and procedure.

To be successful in this position, you will be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude. Furthermore, you will have strong communication skills and confidence with IT systems and technology.  You may also be required to work at alternative locations from time to time.
